If 24 hours have passed, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we’re unable to cancel it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

- A photo or video of the item’s condition

- A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
