Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

🕷️ Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders over €30 / $30.
For orders under that amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
🎁 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours at service@hellowparty.com — we’ll do our best to fix it before shipping.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high seasonal demand.
