🎃 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note: during high-demand seasons like Halloween, processing may take a little longer due to high order volume.

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted partners to bring you the best prices and unique Halloween decorations.
Estimated delivery time:

- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on your location)

Please allow extra time for international deliveries and customs clearance.

💀 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking information after 5 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@hellowparty.com.

🕷️ Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over €30 / $30.
For orders under that amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🎁 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours at service@hellowparty.com — we’ll do our best to fix it before shipping.

👻 Delayed or Lost Packages

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high seasonal demand.
If your order is significantly delayed (over 30 business days), please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue immediately.

In the rare case your package is lost, we’ll send you a replacement or refund your order.
